The Falcon and the Winter Soldier are back in front of the cameras, Eternals production halted in Spain,

and one Punisher actor is relieved the Netflix series was canceled.

Hi, I'm Christian Blad of Marvel Movie News, and this is Marvel News Daily.

While we still don't have any story details or images from the show itself,

we do have a photo from Anthony Mackey's Twitter that shows he and Sebastian stand seats for the Disney Plus

upcoming Falcon and Winter Soldier series. And that means filming is officially underway.

Filming was halted, however, on the set of Eternals in Spain when a suspicious item was found

on set. All indications are that it was nothing to worry about. Everyone's fine. And now we can

all start trying to figure out just how Spain figures into the film.

Punisher actor Ben Barnes, who played Billy Rousseau-slash-Jigsaw, told Digital Spy that he's actually really honored and pleased that the Netflix series was canceled,

because it means his story is complete and he really likes telling full stories.

Barnes also mentioned that he

had spoken with Marvel Studios about possibly joining an upcoming feature film, but he felt it was

a bit too close to The Punisher. Are you glad the Punisher was canceled or after the end of

season two were you just as excited as I was at the prospect of a season three? And who do you

think Marvel Studios was interested in Ben Barnes for?
