Marvel Studios big boss Kevin Feige gets a new title with new responsibilities that would make even Thanos jealous and ought to make Marvel television president Jeff Lobe more than a little nervous.

Hey, I'm Christian Blatt from Marvel Movie News here with Marvel News Daily. First reported by deadline, Kevin Feige has been named chief creative officer of Marvel.

This is in addition to being the president of Marvel Studios,

meaning he'll be in charge of the direction of Marvel going forward across every platform,

film, TV, animation, and publishing. Faggy will continue to report to Walt Disney Studios co-chairman

and chief creative officer Alan Horn and co-chairman Alan Bergman.

This reinforces news reported by variety

two weeks ago that Marvel television as we've known it under Jeff Loeb is slowly being phased out.

With Feigey focused on the Disney Plus shows, the cancellation of the Marvel Netflix shows over the

past year, and Agents of Shield having rap production earlier this year, there's not much under

Loeb's umbrella. We've got season three of the runaways earlier this year, there's not much under Loeb's umbrella.

We've got season three of the runaways later this year,

cast announcements for Hellstrom on Hulu,

but the proposed Hulu Ghost Rider series has been scrapped,

and Cloak and Dagger is currently on the bubble

as to whether or not we'll actually see a season three.
