different podcast to listen to. The topic of our podcast today is martyr, the death of

suffragette Emily Davison. Emily Davidson was part of the women's suffrage movement in Great Britain around the turn of the 20th century.

And she became a martyr when she ran onto the racetrack at the Epson Derby, a big horse race over in Great Britain,

and was ran over and killed by the King's Horse back in 1913.

So we're going to talk about her life and everything leading up to this event.

But before we do, allow me to introduce my co-host.

it could be um but um we decided to do this, uh, podcast on Emily Davidson. We've been wanting to do this for a long time, but, uh, we haven't been able to, have we, uh, colonel. No, the, uh, the, uh, the, the devil is, as loud and boisterous as she is. She's old-fashioned.

You know, she grew up in a cult.

Well, she still is in a cult, really.

Still is.

Yeah, she's in a cult.

And she doesn't believe in equal rights for women, do me?
