Carrie Vaughn, the CEO of Love Worth Finding. Gary, we're back this week and we have a

special guest who is graciously joined us here in the

studio.

Once again, she keeps following me around and I'm glad she does.

This is my wife, Lelania Vaughn, and it is wonderful to have her in the studio.

Absolutely.

I'm so glad to be here.

You know, I'm thankful.

I praise God for my wife, and I praise God that he allowed us, and I think the key word is allowed, he allowed us to be under the ministry of Adrian Rogers.

I couldn't fathom what my marriage would be like without the teaching preaching of the word

and how to apply it to our lives.

And Dr Rogers used to say we have to work at our marriage, it's the real thing by the way, right? That's the message today. It's the real thing, by the way, right? That's the

message today. It's the real thing. We have to work at our marriage like most people

work at their golf game. Right, you have to be intentional. It has to be a daily

daily effort.

And so I just praise God for all of that.

And I'm excited about what's to come.

Hopefully we're moving from just success to significance in the Lord.

You know, the most important thing that I think I can bring today talking about marriage, the real thing. No two people are good enough to make this work, right? We need Jesus at the center of it all.

And what's so important to me is even on my best day, I was not designed to meet all of his needs and on his best day he cannot meet all of my needs.

Jesus Christ has to meet our needs.
