Hello and welcome back to another Ask Coach Heather episode.

We are getting super close to episode 500 and I am so excited.

I think I mentioned in last week's show I had that little bit of a serendipitous moment.

I had a client. She actually sent me a wonderful message and she's like, you know,

Heather, I've realized the idea of just losing weight is not exciting to me.

She said, but what is exciting to me is being a good role model for my daughter,

getting physically stronger, feeling confident in my eating choices.

She says, those are all things that feel super motivating to me.

And so she got really engrossed in this idea of what is it I want my life to look like in the next five to 10 years.

What do I, what habits do I want?

Well, the reason this is serendipitous and I'll talk more about this in episode 500 is that exact same day.

In my personal journal, I was just feeling the sense of angst and I was like, well, if I'm talking to somebody who's new,

who's never done this before, what from my collective years of doing this myself,

coaching hundreds of women one on one, working in the house, I was making you, what would I tell somebody who is brand new to this?

And I was very clear. I had some very distinct things I would tell them to do and to not do and the pitfalls to avoid.

And it was interesting because it very much segmented in with what this client had sent me on the same day.

And I thought, that's it. That's going to be episode 500. It's going to be the things I would encourage a brand new person to do.

A totally different way to think about it.

And what things to watch out for that I see people struggle with time after time after time.
