Oh, we love having you here. Thank you very much. It's always a pleasure to be here.

Uh-huh. We've got plenty to talk about today including GoPro and Ford, but we begin with eBay.

Now after months of eBay claiming that PayPal and its legacy business are better together,

early this morning they announced, no, not really.

We decided otherwise.

What the heck, man? What's with this turnaround?

Well, I mean, so, you know, Carl icon was really trying to help sort of spearhead this movement

for a while. And I mean, we've talked a lot about this here at Fool HQ for a number of years now.

I mean, looking at eBay, which has grown into a very robust e-commerce business.

Paypal has been a wonderful addition to that company.

It's a very smart acquisition at the time.

And I think that, you know, it may have been the case before that they were stronger together

because I think that it certainly helped sort of create that sort of flywheel effect so to speak of more purchases on

eBay using PayPal more which brought it back to eBay and it just kind of

continued there. But I mean I think we're at the point now in e-commerce where PayPal I think can benefit more

being out on its own as sort of a pure play where they devote all of their financial resources

and strategy to that particular concept.

And I mean, if you look at some of the numbers that we see in e-commerce today,
