I think what one of the things that most people at home

want to know is what are some of the steps

that we can take collectively to close the racial wealth gap.

And the reason why I ask that not many people

are inside the industry and have the lens that you do.

So what are some steps that we can take

to begin to close that gap given your insights

over the past few years?

Yeah, it's a tough question.

And one of the things that I always

tell people is every time I look at that problem,

I respect the problem.

You got to respect the problem.

You can't do throw away statements

as to how that's going to be resolved.

And so I think it's going to be a combination of things,

whether it's policy, which is why we

have to represent ourselves in our communities

and in terms of what policies we support comes in policy.
