Good morning, Jesse.

It's nice to be back on WOL. I worked at that radio

station for many years. I did the John Gammondman program, both Florida and Central.

And now you're in sunny Florida, enjoying what? Retirement?

I'm working at another radio. No, I'm working in radio here in Stunney State of Florida.

Oh, fantastic. Good for you. Good for you. What's on your mind?

I think the problem is people don't seem to read very much anymore. If they look at the 14th Amendment,

the 14th Amendment specifically excludes the President of the United States and the vice president of the United States,

but does include senators, congressmen,

and people that are in lower elected offices. So whether it be Trump or any other president,

they cannot be excluded from running in any way, shape, or form under the 14th Amendment.

This was something that came out in 1868, specifically for people that were involved in the Confederacy,

and it specifically excludes the president and the vice president.

Listen, you make a great argument because that's what a, that's what a textualist would look at.

I mean, they could have included specifically that language, and that's going to be the argument that you're going to hear when this and i do believe goes up to the supreme court thanks so much joel enjoy florida
