You remember in 1993, 1994, 16 states adopted three strikes in your

outlaw? Yeah, yeah, three times and you go to jail. That's it. No. Yeah, now it's 100 strikes and

nothing happens to you. I just, you know, the guy that tried to kill my son three weeks ago had been

let out. When I ran for sheriff here, vacant county in South Carolina, I had a plan with these judges.

When they leniently let people out and these people reoffend and create more victims,

you publish the judge's name. You give him the phone number of his business office.

You lift the names of the people he let loose for major crimes, major felonies, and how many times they reoffended.

The recidivism rate. And judges do not want to lose their bench under any circumstances and that most

of the time will correct their behavior of letting uh felons out yeah stewart you're a law enforcement

you're a law enforcement guys you ever run into one of these judges who let somebody out and

cause some awful thing to happen you ever ask them about it yeah

we used to have a solicitor uh when i started in virginia called uh we we called them let's make a deal

and the judge at the time was charging people uh 15 dollars to when they assaulted police officers

and all of a sudden these suspects were were coming in to his courtroom with some more
