Hey, good morning, Mark. First-time caller here.

Well, good. We like new callers. First-time callers. You sound like a great guy, Walter.

Thank you. I did want to comment about the casinos. It seems like, you know, the casino commission,

they just sort of rubber-stamped the three remaining proposals.

And the issue, really, it seems like with the proposal, with the three, is they're all so close to each other.

You know, you could get in your car and just try 15 minutes, one to the other.

Wait a minute.

You try to get from one of those to the other in the middle of the day.

Try to go down in Austin Street and Forest other in the middle of the day it's no 50 try to go down in uh austin street and forest hills in 15 minutes you can't are you kidding

there's going to be a massive gridlock everywhere do you guys got to frog's neck bridge

you ever try to get across that in the middle of the day i'll give you that at most a half

hour but in a i wonder if one of them will pull out because they don't

see it as a financially oh no no no no no no billions have already been spent in lobbying fees money

they're not pulling out hey but um uh the one in uh uh city field what is city field that's flushing right

yes yeah so that's's going to be,

that's going to cause a traffic nightmare there, isn't it? I mean, that's a pretty crowded
