The joke started because when a president is leaving, big donations come in for the presidential library.

You raise millions and millions and millions and millions.

Well, apparently, nobody is given Joe Biden any money for the library.

And the joke became, it's going to be more of a bookmobile.

Now, I can understand that normally the massive presidential library is often where the

president goes when he's out of office.

You know, Bill Clinton had worked out of the Clinton Library in Arkansas.

He built a massive, beautiful library.

And on the top, he built himself a penthouse apartment with a pool a hot tub
