guy. Why did you leave Garden City? I moved out to... I lived there for 40 years. The kids grew up. Yeah, why'd you leave? Garden City is beautiful. Well, I live in the Porteastern area. Well, that's beautiful, too, but it's kind of way out there. Well, it's very crowded in Garden City now. I don't know. I just laugh. I want to move back to Brooklyn to tell you the truth.

That's where I was from, but I can't afford it.

Isn't that funny? Everybody, when they finally make a lot of money, they leave Brooklyn, they go to Garden City. Now it's the other way around. I didn't have a lot of money. No, but now you've got to make a lot of money to go to Brooklyn.
