0:19.3	are leaving at a historic rate.
0:23.8	You know, there's always somebody retiring or somebody decides not to seek re-election,
0:27.9	but more than ever right now, you've got midterm elections coming up,
0:31.6	and you got more people leaving 60, 60 members of Congress have decided not to run for re-election this year,
0:41.9	51 House members and nine senators. That's more than usual. Last time that many left was
0:47.2	1930. So that's almost 100 years ago. So you're going to see a lot of big changes coming up.
0:53.6	Now voter ID, that's a big, big,
0:55.7	big, big, important thing. That will be a major help for the Republicans in the midterms.
1:01.7	And it comes to the no voter ID and anybody voting or overvoting or illegal voting. The only
1:09.9	way to stop that is voter ID. Democrats pushing like crazy
1:15.7	to block voter ID. Chuck Schumer yelling and screaming about Jim Crow. Nobody knows what
1:21.1	how Jim Crow is anymore, but obviously you got to have ID everywhere. You need ID to get a library book to buy cough medicine and a drugstore.
1:31.4	You need ID to get on a play.
1:32.6	Well, you know, you need voter ID to get into, not photo ID, photo ID, to get into any office building in New York.
1:38.8	If you want to be on CNN, you got to show them photo ID to get in a building.
1:42.9	You have to have photo ID to get in the Congress. You have to have photo ID to get in Congress.
1:45.0	You know, you cannot vote in Congress unless you have photo ID.
1:49.0	So obviously, blocking voter ID is absolutely ludicrous.
1:53.4	It's insane.
