You know, in Los Angeles, they had the nightmare wildfire that destroyed all those homes,

destroyed huge parts of Los Angeles, devastating.

So you've got to rebuild all these homes.

Well, it's taken forever, and nothing's getting done.

Nobody's rebuilding any homes because in California, you know, it's Gavin Newsom and others

like that running the whole place.

Nobody can get the permits.

Everything's held up.

Everything's a bureaucratic mess so president

trump this week signed an executive order now i don't know if you can do this or how this would work

but he signed an executive order for the feds to take over LA's nightmare and and he in the feds

will help rebuild all of these homes now it'll sidestep somehow I guess there's a way to do this. They must have figured this out. There's a way for the feds to sidestep all the California red tape and fast track the rebuilding of Los Angeles. Now, this is a year later. It's been a year and nothing happening, nothing getting rebuilt. So the feds can take over. President Trump said, I want to see if we can take over the city and

state process, give the people their permits they want to build, get it done. So far, like 99% of,

no, I think it's 90% of the homes destroyed have not received, have not received their approvals,

and they can't move forward. This is a year later. So Trump's order is designed to preempt,

I guess, I mean, he must have checked this out and they legally can do it. The feds can

preempt the building permit process

and empower the federal government to help you.
