Now, the reason Lutnik got to know Epstein, Lutnik had the house next door.

They were literally next door neighbors.

Their houses literally touch each other.

You know, it's townhouses in Manhattan, they're attached.

So when you're that close to somebody, you know, if somebody moves into the house next you, you'll probably get to know them. They weren't really friends or anything, but at one point, and remember at the time, Lutnik is a big, big Wall Street guy. He's the chairman of Cantor-Fitch Gerald. There's a major, major Wall Street for him. So this is what Epstein basically did. He networked himself

with anybody of any importance in finance or media or anything. So the guy living next door is

the chairman of Cantor Fitzgerald. Epstein's all over the guy. Come, come take a tour of my house.
