And it's the same charge that the armorer is facing. They're both charged with involuntary manslaughter.

So, as you explained, obviously the armor is responsible for loading the gun, the whole thing.

I could see that charge.

But why do you suppose Baldwin got charged, except, you know, that he's an extremely

annoying guy.

I'm sure that's a factor.

Well, there may have, may have thought that there was some personal responsibility on

his part to make sure the gun was not loaded.

Oh, actually, you know what? Yeah, that's

probably a part of it. But you know, I keep forgetting, he was the producer of the film. It was his

film. He owned the film. He was the executive producer. He hired everybody. So he's not being charged

as the actor who fired the gun. He's probably being charged as the chief executive on that set.

The other thing, too, he should have known, may have known that there was live ammunition on that set,

that people were shooting those guns with live bullets.

Yeah, but it's like, you know, she was not a great armor.

She was inexperienced.

She probably was not qualified, not enough resume for that job.

And if something was going on on the set where live ammunition was floating around,

as the chief executive on the set the executive producer it was his

responsibility so imagine that's why he's being charged uh and do we know what what if you're convicted
