Listen, people have proven that they can work very effectively from home, get the same work done,

if half the people are at home, and save a fortune every year. So, and it's going to be traumatic for some people going back to work. It's not going to be easy. They'd like to get everybody back to work, but a lot of our workforce, they're in the suburbs, and they haven't been in the city in a while, and I get to, I am reading all the emails that come in. People are terrified in the suburbs

of coming back to New York City. All they hear about is crime and most people don't drive to

work. They want to take the train and then you may have to get on the subway and they're
