Now, let's remember this is D.C. These are these liberal judges, but they've declared

Trump is not immune from prosecution as president in the 2020 election case.

Now, if you read the fine print here, it looks like they're basically saying

you can't prosecute him while he's president, but once he's out of office, you can prosecute him.

Now, he will appeal this to the Supreme Court, and that will take a while. And knowing

this Supreme Court, they will delay and delay and delay and make

sure that they don't have to rule on this before the election. So, but what the court is saying

is you can't prosecute him while he's president. And most likely he'll be president in January

for four years. So that would pretty much end all this prosecution.

Also remember, if he becomes president, he'll just clean house at the Justice Department.

It'll be the end of that sleazy, corrupt Merrick Garland.

It'll mean the firing all these idiotic special counsels, especially the dirty Jack Smith,

if that's really his name,

that'll get rid of him.

So most likely it goes to the Supreme Court.

And then most likely they'll delay and delay and delay

and put it off until after the election.

Now, I understand the court's thinking here.

You can't have a president totally immune from any prosecution.

I mean, what if he choked his wife to death in the white house?
