That's what they say. They cannot prove that his use of deadly force was unjustified.

Yeah. Well, so when they went in, there's the guy on the ground, stabbed bleeding dead.

Jose Alba's got a knife, but he's clearly the guy working in the bodega behind the counter.

And there are witnesses.

There were other people there.

So they know that this guy came in, went behind the counter, started to fight and beat up Jose Albany,

defended himself with the knife.

So if you were the police, would you arrest him?

I wouldn't arrest him.

You might get a statement from everybody and then figured out later.

But they, for whatever reason, they arrested him right there.

And the DA charged him with

overcharged him uh with the murder second degree murder was crazy and then the woman who stabbed

all the few times no charges so well that's brag it's brag it's brack it's bray i think bragg's got a

little i think there's a racial component to him.

Always arrest the white guy, no matter what, that kind of thing.
