for him i am the very same ken rosato who used to work as a tv news anchor here in new york

it channels five seven ten and fifty five gosh community gosh, community cable 228. I'm just throwing

that in there. I was there for the better part of three decades at all those stations, so it's

nice to be back on radio where I used to be before I did TV, and I happen to love radio. It's just

such a more personal medium. And how nice was it to have Christmas and the first night of Hanukkah fall on the same day? Hanukkah, of course, began at sundown last night. We are still technically in the first day of Hanukkah until sundown tonight. Then it becomes the second of day of eight, I should say. It blessed Hanukkah, I wish a blessed Hanukkah, I should say, to all of my friends who are Jewish, and to all of my Christian friends, too, because there's nothing about Hanukkah that you shouldn't or can't celebrate because it's part of your faith, too. It predates the birth of Jesus, for those who don't realize, by about 150 years. So when Jesus was a young Jew, he would have celebrated Hanukkah himself. Now, I remember this blessing in Hebrew. Let's see if I can remember this. Barukata, Adonai, Eloch, Haolam, Asher, Kiddshanu, by mitzvotav vizivano, la Hadlick Nershell Hanukkah. That means blessed are you. Adonai, our God, sovereign of of all who hallows us with mitzvote

commanding us to kindle the Hanukkah lights. That's where I end my religion for the day,

but I hope for those who speak Hebrew that I did okay, I did some justice to it.

Speaking of the holidays, how did you do? Did you think you got everything that you wanted

and gave everybody something cool that

you get anything really cool or different for yourself as we mentioned today is boxing day so if you

didn't like something you could box things up and return them i actually got some really cool stuff

i was kind of happy and i'm not a big like i like i enjoy giving i'm not necessarily into getting

i asked for maybe one thing from the other half, and that's it, and I'm happy.

I wanted, because I'm a foodie, I wanted the ninja outdoor smoker pro grill thing, because we're living it.

We just moved to a townhouse, so we don't have room for like a big barbecue grill.

So this thing is electric and it has

takes pellets so you could smoke ribs and whatnot i love smoking ribs so that's kind of cool i get

the tinker with that and i'll post pictures of that when i get that going i used to um love to give the

family the same thing like i would get everybody tickets to a dinner theater and that gave us an excuse to all

get together for the holiday you know post holidays and that way I did all my shopping one felt swoop
