Mark is off at a long weekend.

Former New York City TV news anchor Ken Rosado reporting for duty.

And you probably best remember me.

I did 20 years, 20 years having a great time,

anchoring the morning show at Channel 7 here in New York. Before that, I was on the morning show

Channel 5. And these days, I host a daily show on a New Jersey-based news channel. It's called

OnNJ.com. You could stream it live anywhere in the country it's new jersey

focused but it has all the tri-state stuff too oh nj dot com i'm on every day there and i run a

food website for all you foodies called the food dude the food dude dot us check it out hundreds

of free recipes that i put on there and thousands or hundreds of thousands,

actually from all over the world.

And we've got a lot to talk about today, but being this is the day before Thanksgiving,

I'm not only a guy who does news and politics, but also food because of the food dude.

So feel free to talk Thanksgiving.

We don't have to keep this a hardcore political show.
