We got a lot to get to a mass murderer, let loose by Alvin Bragg and all these Democrats went on a killing spree yesterday in Manhattan.

We'll get to that. We'll get to the Trump cabinet picks. We'll get to Ukraine. We'll get to the congestion pricing a lot more. The big news, and this could break at any moment, the Trump trial in Lower Manhattan. This is the Alvin Bragg case. It's actually Joe Biden's case. One of his top, top guys in the

Justice Department came to New York to run the case. So the judge is to rule today. Now, you've got to

remember, Trump is not actually a convicted felon. They'd love to say he's a convicted felon. He's

not technically a convicted felon yet until

sentencing. The judge could dismiss the case today. Sentencing is to be a week from now. I guess they're in the

courtroom now at any moment this could break, so we'll bring it to you as soon as it happens.

Every great legal expert says the judge has to dismiss this case, but a lot of people don't think he will.

It's the right thing to do, but Juan and Mershan in this Trump matter, these Trump things,

as a history of not ever doing the right thing.

Now, the problem is, if they go ahead and convict and sentence, it then goes to appeal,

and there's no way on earth this case could ever hold up on an appeal.

Trump didn't do anything that anybody could ever be charged with. In fact, our greatest legal scholars have said they've read this stuff

a thousand times. They can't figure out what the crime is or what the charge is. Well, hush money,

paid hush money. That's perfectly legal and it's done every day by every company in America.

A woman in claims they were sexually harassed in the office, or you find out two people

who are having an affair in the office, you got to fire them. Every time they make them sign

non-disclosure agreements, that's hush money. They pay them hush money. You sign a non-disclosure.

The DA's office has done it themselves. Every network news organization has done it. You know how many of

these the NBC people had to sign to clean up that Matt Lauer mess? You know how many of these
