flack now for laughing about the shooting.

Not laughing at the shooting, the terrible tragic shooting, school shooting, but whenever, you know, he doesn't take questions.

He never takes questions.

He runs and hides from reporters.

Even if he's in a room and they start yelling the questions, he just turns and walks away.

So when he's ever forced

to answer a question, he's not used to it. He's out of practice. And the last couple days,

he just started giggling. He was asked about, there's some evidence that the trans shooter who shot

all those shots in that school was against the school because of its Christian teachings. When asked about it, Biden joked and laughed.

It's not the moment for that, obviously totally inappropriate.

In his defense, he doesn't always know where he is.
