He's the best governor in America. And the worst campaigner ever, he's made a few more big

And what is this new memo he put out?

The cops aren't allowed to talk to each other?

Well, that came from the department.

I mean, he probably ordered the department to put it out.

But why?

What is the point of that?

Well, you know, you see the cops kind of hanging out together talking to one another, and he didn't like seeing that. So he said, don't do it anymore. Okay, but if you see that, it means there's more than one cop. Isn't that a good thing? I like seeing a lot of cops. I don't know about you. Yeah, right. Yeah, when you go in a subway, there's six cops talking to each other.

Great, there's six cops there.

But you're not allowed to, no unnecessary conversation.

And he hasn't held a press conference or anything, or he hasn't spoken about this.

But I'm sure he will, and we'll have the audio where he says,

You never see Eric talking to anybody.

So I guess he did.
