there's a lot of uh kind of uh uh a mystical thinking going on out there.

Now, let me say this about that.

First of all, you saw the mayor has been saying these things,

and the MTA is saying we've got to get people back on the subways,

and there's a lot of blame going around for why people aren't going back in the office.

Now, I think crime is a factor, but, and I think that worrying about COVID is still a factor

for some people, but I think the big issue is that, come on, guys, it's been two damn years

since everybody was in the office.

And naturally, over two years, people got used to working at home. And some of

them have legit reasons, you know, I get it. If you have a two and a half hour commute, I can

understand the appeal of working from home. But a lot of people in Manhattan and Brooklyn and
