Beautiful day we've got here in New York City.

Hey, let me, now, didn't you write a column last week about Florida?

Didn't you basically say, don't move to Florida, you'll be back in five years?

So, yeah, I mean, it was tongue-in-cheek.

And what happened was, you know, we and everybody else, post especially, have had a million stories about, you know, everybody's moving to Florida because of this, that, the mask, the crime, the pandemic, all this stuff, right? Wall Street's moving to florida because of this that the mask the crime the

pandemic all this stuff right wall streets moving there all of it of course is wildly exaggerated

in terms of you know relative to reality i see this on tv all the time and so uh we had the idea

that i would do was a tongue-in-cheek, you know, opposition column in which I complained

about, you know, I warned about, you know, the weather. There are experts who say that all of

South Florida is going to sink into the ocean, alligators everywhere. There was a crazy woman

somewhere who said she thought she saw a dinosaur in her backyard.

So, you know, Florida is the American capital of weird but true.

And I had a lot of fun with this, and it got a gazillion page views on the website

and a gazillion comments, most of posted on the, on, and the story online, most of the comments

were from people who hate New York City, whether they're in Florida or anywhere else.

And they were all saying, you know, you all deserve to sink into the ocean, die, the city is
