Hey, Alvin Bragg, every soon, well, he backed off, all he did was say he'll increase the charges

to felony level, but he didn't back off the part about no prison sentences. That's the problem.

What do we do about that? Yeah, look, I think this was a baby step by Alvin Bragg to try to get

ahead of the mob that's forming to take away his job. But nonetheless, I think it was a sign,

Mark, that Democrats are beginning to hear not so much what you or I say, but what the polls say.

And the polls nationally are killing the Democrats.

And that's why Joe Biden came to New York.

He came to be seen with Eric Adams and talking about law enforcement.

The defund the police movement, I think, was the outside issue that the public could identify the Democratic Party with.

But the defund the police movement wasn't all there was to what the Democrats were up to.

I mean, we see Alvin Bragg be an extension of that, just as prosecutors across America.

I mean, Alvin Bragg's predecessor, Cyrus Vance, never found anybody to arrest or prosecute.

He didn't, you know, he had to be ashamed into prosecuting Harvey Weinstein.

I mean, so Vance decriminalized a lot of things in the sense that he would not prosecute fair jumping, for example, things like that.

So the defund the police movement was so far outrageous, but it wasn't the only thing.

And so Biden can say, I was never for defunding the police.

That's true. But you were never for cracking down on violence either. You have never said anything

about the victims of the violence that have taken place on your watch, you know, across the country.

Thousands of people have been murdered

last year and in 2020 because the police were handcuffed. And you just look at the statistics.

I mean, a number of cities set homicide records last year. And that was on top of records in 2020. So the Democratic Party

has a lot of catching up to do. Nonetheless, I'm happy, I think it's important to cite any progress
