Good morning, Mark. Thank you. Well, as you said, President Trump bets big. But guys like this, billionaires to build empires. They're risk takers. They'll bet it all. They'll take huge

risks. Would you tell them, though, you can't do that with the public? We don't have the

stomach for it? Well, I would say you can't do it with the public's money. I think a lot of people

you know, woke up very nervous today about the stock market and with

losses already approaching 20% in some cases, a lot of nest eggs have been severely diminished

and sometimes probably even wiped out. And, you know, given how important the economy was to trump selection

uh... i think you don't want to create doubts about your handling of the

economy

and

give democrats an issue i mean right now the democrats have no real issues are

divided the demoralized there's shooting each other in the foot.

And I think that this risk bringing the Democratic Party back into the argument, do they have a

better idea on the economy? You have Republicans in Congress who are very nervous over this

because of the midterm elections. And of course,

I'm sure Trump is too, because if he loses the House in the midterms, he'll be impeached again.

It'll be Nancy Pelosi 2.0. She won't be the Speaker, but that's what the Democrats will do.

So I think he's got to figure this thing out. I understand

that there's already talk of a 90-day pause and everything. I don't know if that's the right

answer, but I know you can't count on people to sit there and watch our nest egg vanish by the

hour and then convince them that everything is hunky-dory.

Something has to give here because politics is all about persuading the public that you have
