So everybody, you know, they keep, ah, you got to move to Florida. You got to move to Florida. New York is over. It's finished. It's finished. It's finished. But now I'm hearing there's a Florida bubble that might burst. Real estate-wise, restaurant-wise. What do you think? Yeah, I don't know about that.

City for the Hamptons or, you know, the mountains? And they all came back, and now you can't find a place to live in the city. It's so busy. So, South Water, going through the same sort of thing, and, you know, it's still a desirable area. I love it. Excuse me, but I'm sorry. I think of a cold here or something. And,

you know, all bubbles burst. The nature of bubbles is that they burst. And it hasn't burst in

South Florida, but it's showing signs of wear and tear. All right. But for all you people out in the

suburbs who say, well, I haven't been in the city in five years. I haven't been in the city since a bit. Will you explain to them? There's construction everywhere. Cranes, high rises going up. The restaurants are packed. The streets are busy. There's gridlock, right? I mean, yeah, but I want to say something about the city. Right now, I believe in the city.
