Hey, good morning, Mark.

Thank you. For having me.

Oh, anytime. The Waldorf Astoria, I've been waiting years for this to come back. Is it going to reopen?

You know, it's a, yeah, they're going to reopen. The question is when. So after multiple delays, postponements in reopening, going on five years already later than it was originally supposed to reopen after it was closed for, you know, renovations,

they say Hilton, which manages the hotel, has said that they would be open

in early spring of 25. Now, that in itself was another postponement on top of the previous ones

because they had promised that they would be hoping a lot sooner than that.

But now, okay, and then they announced that they're putting reservations online,

so you can actually book rooms starting now.

And they did post that online.

However, I couldn't help notice that the earliest reservations that they are taking are for September.

Last time I looked at September is not part of spring.

And so I did it.

In fairness to them, I asked them, hey, what's going on?

Is this another delay that you don't want to talk about?

And they said, no, no no no uh we will begin

uh you know taking room reservations uh earlier as soon as we fill up the ones in september
