Aren't you glad the Supreme Court session is over? Boy, that was a lot to take in in two weeks. It was a lot of dramatic

rulings. And I think people actually have underplayed the importance of some of them. Liberals are

offended, obviously, mostly about Roe v. Wade, but also about gun laws,

about prayer, about allowing the coach to pray by himself on the 50-yard line.

But they are not focused entirely on the EPA versus West Virginia ruling mark,

which I think is one of the most consequential of the entire session because it

throws the whole administrative state, if you will, upside down. I mean, it basically said

not only is the EPA overstepping its bounds in single-handedly rewriting how our power grid

should operate, but it really kind of questions

whether the FEC, the SEC, OSHA, all the alphabet soup of agencies should be running the government.

And the answer from the Supreme Court was no.

It's Congress that is meant to write laws.

And I was amused to see Elizabeth Warren viciously attacking the EPA ruling.
