We're supposedly in North Carolina, but, you know, we're building a house here, so we are, you know, we're kind of like staying close to that and business and all those things.

So going on HFN quite a bit right now, but we're building a house because, you know, you haven't sold my house yet. Oh, okay. It's in the Tampa area, right? No, it's in St. Petersburg. Oh, that's like, St. Petersburg. It's like the hottest place now in Florida. That's where everybody's going. It is. It's 10,000 square feet.

I'm looking for an athlete.

I'm sure you have a lot of them on the air that, you know, that are listening to you rather, that would just love this home. Why does it have to be an athlete? I don't know. They're the ones who come here and buy the big house. Oh, really? It's big. You have to be kind of, I mean, you know, look, J-Lo, they're selling their big house.

They're getting a divorce because they really are too narcissists, but their house is 38,000 feet. Who needs that? Where do you live in your house? I live on my couch and occasionally make a trip to the kitchen. That's it. Yeah, you know, uh, thousand square feet.

I've always noticed that. People have incredible mansions with 600 rooms as you walk through it. You can see there's one room where they just spend all their time where the TV is. It's always that one room. There's one room. There's like a big indent in the couch and that's it. And so, you know, we, we've had a lot of parties here, did a lot of charity events, but it's time for us to move on.

Listen, I'd rather move to Boca so I can talk like that and be like just like to get all the other girls in Boca. But my husband says we have to stay in this area. So Tampa, it is.
