lose Rick Newman who created created Catcher Rising Star.

As a guy who worked in all those clubs, it's, you know, it's scary.

It's like, you know, the fickle finger of fate is spinning around, and the rest of us are all

ducking.

But those days of Catcher Rising Star, the comic strip, all those clubs. That was some era in New York.

It was absolutely legendary. I mean, I weighed Rick D. Rick D's. Rick Newman loved my story.

I bombed so bad at Catch a Rising Star twice. And he just thought it was the greatest thing.

Once I got famous on the Stern Show, we'd sit there at a Friars Club and he'd tell a story. No, I don't want to tell the story. I only did the comic strip for the most part. I was producing shows out on Long Island. So I worked at the comic strip just enough to get past so I could travel down to Fort Lauderdale and take part in all the orgies down there.
