Happy holidays. So let's start with the big one. The Colorado Supreme Court's decision against

Trump. How do you think this is going to go? You think the Supreme Court's going to take it up?

What do you think? I think they're probably going to have to and, you know, throw it out, I would think, or they can

or they can just, you know, the thing is, though, the Supreme Court, if you read the ruling in

Colorado, sort of gave the Supreme Court an out. They said if the Supreme Court hasn't done

anything by January 4th, which I guess is the deadline for

the primary ballot, then he remains on the ballot.

So the Supreme Court hasn't out, but I don't know.

I think they should probably make a ruling because now three Republican states are

three Republican reps in Republican states are trying to strike Joe Biden

off the ballot. So, I mean, it's best to put an end to this right away. I agree with you.

And by the way, just like, me as a legal point of view, I think they're definitely going to take

it up. And if I had to, I never want to bet, but if I had to guess, they're going to overturn it. And I think they're going to have liberal justices who are actually going to side with the majority because there's a lot of problems in the decision. But listen, it's an interesting legal question. I think politically it's hysterical because the left has just been, you know, doing a victory lap over this and saying how big a deal this is and if it
