City Council is going to make these rulings about the continuation of outdoor dining.

What's going to happen?

I don't know. It sounds as if, it sounds like not altogether a bad thing, because if I understood

it correctly, they're going to make some changes to the old rules as to where you could set

up outdoor dining. But that was applying to sidewalk setups, which the rules were always unfair.

They favored certain neighborhoods over others.

But it seems to they're going to bring an end to the shanty towns, you know, those horrible structures in the street in the middle of nowhere.

It's absolutely unbelievable.

I look out my window on 1st Avenue, looking south from 76th Street.

And there's a row of these unused wooden eyesores, and they've been unused for the longest time, but they're still there.

And it's worse in other neighborhoods.

Well, yeah, I guess we have to agree with the city council. Get rid of those sheds, the structures.

Also, there were big problems. There were like rats and roaches in them and homeless sleeping in

them. So if they just do the outdoor tables, is that okay with the restaurants? Because when it rains,
