I don't know. It sounds as if, it sounds like not altogether a bad thing, because if I understood

it correctly, they're going to make some changes to the old rules as to where you could set

up outdoor dining. But that was applying to sidewalk setups, which the rules were always unfair.

They favored certain neighborhoods over others.

But it seems to they're going to bring an end to the shanty towns, you know, those horrible structures in the street in the middle of nowhere.
