Hey, this judge yesterday, uh, in that trial, when he said I will throw him off the stand

and draw every negative inference I can, are you allowed to say that as a judge?

Well, it's way over the line, and it's just further evidence that this judge, Arthur and Goran,

is determined to find Donald Trump and the Trump family liable at trial.

I mean, I think the good news for the Trump's is it will never, and I guarantee

you this, stand up under scrutiny on appeal. This is all based on this rather unique and lawless

executive statute that's being used against them, it completely undermines more than a century

of established common law that requires proof of intent to deceive in any civil fraud cases.

This statute that was passed in New York simply tosses that out.

You know, this law does away with First Amendment rights.

It punishes somebody for making inaccurate statements with no intent to do so.

You know, it's like prosecuting a customer for robbing a bank because

the teller made a mistake and gave out the wrong change. It totally mangles the law,

as I say, violates the Constitution. It penalizes inaccurate speech. No way it will ever stand up on appeal.
