1:08.3	by Scott Peterson was convicted of killing his wife and their unborn child back in 2004.
1:16.5	Well he was in court yesterday being resettanced.
1:20.2	He was given a death sentence at the time.
1:22.3	He received a new sentence for those 2004 murders, but Peterson might be getting a new trial
1:28.7	as well.
1:29.7	So it's not just that his sentence has been effectively reduced.
