So welcome to episode one of the OCD stories.com podcast. So to give you some

background on why I'm doing this is obviously we get some amazing people who

suffer with OCD or who have recovered from OCD writing about the stories on the site.

But not everyone wants to read, some people like to listen or to watch.

So a minimum of once a month I'll be recording an OCD story

and the goal is to really dig deep into people's stories, find out what they

went through and more importantly how they recovered.

So hopefully I'll be bringing you some very compelling inspirational stories that give you hope and education.

To start with though we have brilliant YouTube on O. C. DCD Mark Freeman in episode one

uh he's also the founder or co-founder of the site every everybody has brain

you can find him at mark freeman dot C. He's based in Canada.

He's done some remarkable things of O. C. D.

And he was one of the catalysts in my recovery.

So I thought it was fitting to get him on the first episode because in some ways this

site wouldn't be here if it wasn't for him. I hope you enjoy. Let me know if you want
