And there is a Washington County board member by a Mark McKeown who is stopped by the police and is ticketed for a seatbelt violation.

Dash cam video from the police department shows the cop pulling over the board member and he says

to him, the officer is saying, I heard saying in the video, the reason I stopped you because it's

a click it or ticket today and I noticed you didn't have your seatbelt on.

Well, he wasn't wearing his seatbelt, but it wasn't up entirely. The officer said, do you know

you're required to wear it all the way up and everything? And he said, I've got a shoulder issue, sir.

And he was given a $10 ticket for the seatbelt violation. And the officer is saying,

unfortunately, we're not even allowed to give warnings for seatbelt violations. We have to give

tickets. And McEwen comes back with Jesus effing Christ. And the officer said, I don't make the rules, sir.
