So here is an accused rapist, and he defends himself, and he says, not only did he not commit

the crime of rape, but he is physically incapable of the crime.

Now, that's his defense.

The court gave him an attorney, which sometimes people want to defend themselves are smart enough to take.

So the lawyer for Jacques Rochulp says his stomach is too large.

His penis is too small, way too small to commit this crime of rape and choking two sex

workers in his pickup truck. So his first defense witness was a registered nurse who took his measurements in jail

and testified that his penis was about two inches when erect.

That's a problem.
