We're going to break it down with some of NYPD's

finest in the FBI. The 50-year-old executive was in town for the company's annual investor

conference when the gunman walked up to Thompson and shot him in the back and in the leg. This is on

video. Police say the gunman was lying in wait for the executive before firing several shots and then

fleeing into Central Park on a city bike. Investigators released these new images just a short time ago

captured inside a Starbucks. This of course comes at a time. New York City is packed with tourists.

The Rockefeller tree lighting set to take place tonight just blocks away from the shooting scene.

We have several reporters covering covering this story this afternoon. We're going to begin with
