Mike Hogan made it back from Sweden, but still can't make this week.

So we will continue to miss him and I guess some of this

conversation can be in his honor we're gonna start by taking a look at the Tony

awards which happened on Sunday and we're coming award season fix

until the Emmys and the Oscars roll back around.

We want to be Credible's to a little bit.

And then swing back into the Emmys.

We're going to share an interview

that our colleague Laura Bradley did with Mandy Moore,

the star of this is us, and talk a little bit

about the category she'll be competing in and

what the situation is for dramatic actresses on TV. The first the Tonies, Richard you and

I were both tweeting through it which is how we experience modern award shows especially when it's not the

Oscars and we don't really have to work. I thought it was really charming like as

it kind of as low key as the Tonies always are they're pretty low rated compared to

the Oscars I thought they did a nice job.

Yeah and they were faced with a particularly tricky task this year because there just
