So as you guys know, in order to pull off these large investments and managing

all these investments, we utilize a lot of people here. And so on my show today is one of our team

members, Jen Kostanza. Thank you for having me. Hi, Jen. And so Jen has had a number of roles

in our company, even actually my assistant.

But she has now our own company.

So she's subscribed to a lot of the philosophies we talk about, which is setting up your

And she has her own LLC and she has her own LLC and

she's her own consultant and she goes and consults for lots of different businesses, including
