When you improve in one aspect of your life, for example, your health, then your relationship

I wanted to share this with you today because I'm constantly reminded of this quote and the premise and information behind it as life has a way of inevitably knocking us down.

One minute you're riding high and thinking everything is wonderful and good and

your finances are in order and your kids are happy and your relationship is thriving and the next

minute maybe you have a breakdown in a relationship or one of your kids is dealing with a hardship

medical diagnosis. It's not really a matter of if that's going to happen. It's a matter of when it's

going to happen and what that's going to look like. And I think more importantly than when and what
