Um, I, it's so hard on your body you gain so much weight in such a short period of time

that it's so hard in your body. Like your knees and stuff your joints or what my back my

hips like everything is sore, especially at this stage. I'm usually good until that last month and then last month hits me really hard. And then of course not drinking. Number one.

Number one is not having any alcohol.

Yeah, drinking does, well.

Because I mean, just like, not like getting drunk, but just like little buzz.

They're just like a nice solid buzz.

We are gonna have those trip and go naked in Vegas in honor of you that's the power
