Welcome to the CLS experience. I'm your host, Craig Siegel. I'm a born and raised New Yorker

who achieved success with multiple businesses, but I crave something deeper. So I dedicated

myself to personal growth and transformation by revamping my mindset.

I went from being unable to run a mile to conquering four marathons the following year.

Now, I want to help others manufacture big breakthroughs of their own.

So I want people to understand that even if a job or a crew choice isn't the right fit, it doesn't mean you fail.

This is dynamite, right? And like, it's never really starting over because you're bringing

those experiences with you to a different arena. Yeah, exactly. I mean, even for me, the funny thing is,

Craig, even for me, I, you know, I tried being an actor for a while. And all those acting classes I took taught me how to listen, taught me how to experience people's emotions. And so, you know, if you're looking to change your life, if you're looking to make a transformation, don't

discount everything that you bring to the table.

When people apply to work for my company, I have 12 employees now.

I never look at someone who has organizing experience.

I look at people like, you know, do they come out of product?

Like what is their body of work that can translate?

So don't be afraid if you, if what you want to do doesn't look like what you did before

because there's going to be something inside of it that you can translate.

She's an organizational expert,

badass entrepreneur, author, and co-executive director of One Kid, One World, a non-profit

building strong educational foundations for children in impoverished communities throughout Kenya and

Central America, no big deal. She grew up with family members who ordered, and she knows firsthand that the effects of

living amongst an accumulation of possessions goes far beyond the home's walls.
