Yeah, it's a huge, exciting day that's been a really long time in the making, so I'm glad that we get a

chance to sort of talk about the behind the scenes of how this book came to be.

So you and I both have these books that have been brought into the world and mine came out in 2021,

and yours comes out today.

And so maybe, I don't know, for the audience you want to talk about kind of the origin stories of these books,

how they came to be, because I think that is a big question that a lot of people have about bookwriting,

is like, how do you go from an idea to an actual published thing?

So how did your book come to be?

Well, it's hard to know where to start the story.

Do I start the story with the origins of becoming a photographer, or as a young person wanting,

when I was a young person, when I was like eight and nine years old, I wanted to be a poet,

and I had a lot of teachers tell me that I wasn't a good enough writer and a lot of teachers tell me

because I failed so many English classes that I would never be a writer, you know, so I think

at a very young age, I got this idea in my head that I wasn't capable or good enough or able to
