My name is Juliet.

I am your host and I'm a sexologist, a sex and relationship coach, and a tantal practitioner.

And I love what I do and I love this podcast.

And today I'm going to talk about making love versus fucking.

It's a few people who have actually inboxed me asking me to discuss this topic. And so I'm doing it for you guys, but I'm also doing it because it has been a big journey for me.

And so I'm going to talk a bit about my personal journey

and then I guess talk about the concept of making love

and the concept of fucking

and how we can actually integrate the two

into sex holistically

so that we're both, we're getting both

but it's a conscious way of getting it.

So, all right, so a bit about my history with sex.

I have enjoyed sex since I can remember.

I've always been very curious and always wanted to educate myself about

it and always been the girl in the friendship circle who everybody comes to and kind of tells

me their secrets or asks me for advice, etc. So naturally I became a sexologist but in the past I thought I was having great sex

and I guess at the time I was because that was my reality but what I was doing was um numbing myself

out with sex and I'm going to go as far as to say I had an addiction to sex.
