with you as always. It sure is and we were discussing last time the holiness of God and my new book

Holy is his name the transforming power of God's holiness in scripture and I think we agreed to kind of pick up where we left off last time.

How does that sound? Yeah, I mean we spent some time, this was last month, talking about and

helping people understand that holiness is not merely

righteousness.

So when we say like, oh, that's a really holy person.

What we really mean is that is a morally good person.

And scripture includes that in the definition but it's so much more.

That's right. You know and let me take a step back and just kind of state the obvious that might not seem obvious to people or not in the profession of theology.

I learned this many, many years ago, even when I was a Protestant studying theology, that the task of the

theologian consists primarily in making distinctions.

And distinction-making is not only high up on the job description and the task list,

but it's essential to kind of staying in the right and avoiding the heretical.
