| 0:16.4 | black owned businesses received only 1.8% of federal contracts in 2019, despite making it up roughly |
| 0:23.3 | 8% of all the small businesses in the United States. What's so crazy about that is a 2019 |
| 0:29.9 | report from the government accountability office found that black owned small businesses |
| 0:35.0 | received only 4.1% of prime contracts. And that's from the |
| 0:40.8 | Small Business Administration in 2017. What does that mean? That means that there is money out there |
| 0:46.0 | for us to grab. And today we're going to sit with an expert. Somebody is not just an expert, |
| 0:51.2 | but somebody that talks to the people in a way that we truly can get it. |
| 0:54.9 | And you're going to walk away with this episode saying, you know what? |
